AP Specialist

Sunbelt Rentals-the fastest growing rental business in North America-is seeking a AP Specialist. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will facilitate the flow of AP documents or backup other team members in order to improve the efficiency of batching, processing, training of new associates or document procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support various AP Teams as backup.
Train new associates in order to maintain departmental standards.
Document various procedures and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned by various AP supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma
2+ years of general work experience
Prior Accounts Payable Clerk or other related experience.
Keen and strong attention to detail
Dependable, motivated, and self-starter
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to Multi-task and be highly organized
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word
