This role supports CST’s New Directions Assessment business.
New Directions is an industry leader in providing virtual court and employer accepted assessments, serving 48 states. The New Directions team of experienced professionals provide 1:1 assessments for addiction and behavioral health matters. New Directions provides a complete, thorough and customized report clients can use for court or for their own records.
Job Purpose: In this position you will guide customers through identifying a court ordered substance and/or behavioral health assessment, providing the necessary online resource to receive an accurate and thorough assessment report to provide to court officials.
The focus of this role includes:
Learn/Understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective leads
Manage active and timely follow up on all leads (following a defined callback cadence); track leads
Explain how our process works, the different assessment types, pricing options, and schedules/rush options
Close deals, helping customers select the correct assessment and complete their purchase
Handle objections by selling value
Register each client in our CRM
Process credit card payments for each assessment
Cross-sell related services as directed
Use tools to disposition and note customer accounts appropriately
Efficiently navigate multiple technology systems (web phone, scripts/forms, chat, CRM, document management tool, payment processing, etc) concurrently
Work with management on an ongoing basis to improve processes and overall performance
All other duties as assigned
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Exceptional familiarity with Office365 products
3+ years of Inside Sales experience
Must be a self-starter and exhibit problem solving skills
Must be able to display a friendly and helpful disposition and have proven stable work history
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to details.
Proven ability to actively listen and communicate with empathy
Experience in the medical field with HIPPAA compliance a plus.

Hours: Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm Central Time.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour + commission
