AAA Washington is looking for a dedicated team member to join our 3rd shift Service Coordinators.

SHIFT:

· 11PM – 7:30AM

YOU MUST:
Live in Washington state within a reasonable commuting distance to Bellevue, WA (this is a work from home role, but you would need to pick up equipment in Bellevue and there may other times you are asked to come into the office)
Be able to work from home (have your own home internet and hard wire with a provided ethernet cable)
Be able to work independently and follow your schedule for inbound and outbound calls during your shift
Be available to work flexible hours any day of the week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· One years’ experience in customer service
· Strong commitment to customer service
· Good computer navigation skills
· Ability to listen well, take detailed information and communicate well
· Strong data entry skills
· Experience in problem solving
· Ability to work overnight shifts
· Ability to work independently and efficiently with little oversight

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Identify and handle complex customer inquiries, including providing resolution for escalated customer problems
· Utilize customer service and dispatch standards to meet the needs of our members as they call in
· Apply membership and dispatch policies, exercising discretion when necessary
· Keeping members informed of the status of their request when needed
· Work directly with contractors to ensure service delivery by updating contractor statuses, troubleshooting road service issues, and updating the service request as needed
· Field all call types in Member Services (Membership, Roadside Assistance, Service Provider, and outbound calls to members to provide status updates on their requests)

SALARY INFORMATION:
Starting rate is $19.00 per hour and the salary range is $18.86 – $26.50. There is a 15% shift differential for this overnight role. This role could also be eligible for an annual companywide discretionary bonus.
