This is a full time, benefits eligible 100% remote position.
The Account Consultant (AC) will be responsible for key operational delivery aspects for the team. The AC will serve as a liaison between the customer, the broker team and department teammates to help all parties prioritize and accomplish the technology related goals of the customer, typically on moderate complexity customers. You will use your system knowledge, health and welfare expertise and client management experience in supporting new customers and expanding current customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to grow your supervisory, project management, consulting, customer management, leadership, health and welfare knowledge, and business acumen. As an AC you are responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed with high quality and timeliness.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Drive exceptional, consistent customer experience with high level of communication and follow up to assure alignment on issues and future needs/goals.
Serve as the principal customer contact, for moderate complexity customers, ensuring the proper prioritization of customer needs and establishing appropriate timelines.
Serve as the supervisor/mentor to teammates, building their skills as they grow into increasing roles of responsibility.
Consults with Senior Account Consultant and team leaders to secure needed resources based on availability and talent needed.
Communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts regularly so that all parties agreed on current issues and their status, and items that put timelines at risk if delays occur. Own accountability for customer communication and satisfaction.
Help clients plan for future technology needs and consult with all parties to assure appropriate goals are set.
Drive results with all parties (EBTech/account team/customer/carriers) on moderate complexity engagements
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects, effective communication, and value-added consulting advice.
Apply sound judgement to the execution of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions, in moderate complex situations.
