Join our HiTouch- Solutions Team and resolve a range of matters to support representatives.

What you’ll be doing:

Solution Services, Breakroom is the single point of contact for the Generalist Account Executives as support with Category Requests and the breakroom ticketing process.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage Coffee/Brewer Program from quoting, to contract, to implementation, to repair, invoicing etc.
Minimum Spend for Brewer Program – manage minimum spend and invoice clients
Manage water program from quoting, contracting, implementation etc. Work in Staples systems for this program

As needed, conduct Breakroom training for generalist reps

Promote and educate the generalist selling team and managers on products, programs, and sale/marketing initiatives to drive sales results.

Administrate contract agreements and compliance

Handle breakroom escalations for the generalist sellers to ensure a timely resolution and a positive customer experience.

Help build and implement best practices for generalist sellers to increase sales, close ratios and develop overall breakroom competencies.

Handle customer escalations for team. Use discretion to provide timely win/win solutions for account retainment.

Create customized account proposals with decisions on pricing that ensure profitability for team

Identify and implement best practices for the role. Help identify needs and improve team selling skills that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Breakroom specific customer service support and/or implementation support

Excellent customer (internal and external) relations

Proficient in Microsoft and Salesforce programs.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of Breakroom products and Jan/San programs (as this role will be the backup for the Facilities SST)

Ability to collect and analyze data that leads to customer acquisition, retention, and profitable sales growth

Resourceful and able to work independently

Candidate should be competitive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Able to communicate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workload daily

Results oriented, self-motivated, and driven

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Natural planner, comfortable changing directions

Ability to establish relationships with customers at all levels of the organization

Ability to create and develop effective presentations, reports, etc.

High level of business acumen and organizational agility

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

Staples Breakroom team experience – implementation, vendors etc..
4+ years’ experience in the Breakroom, Facilities/Janitorial services market with an understanding of products and vendors
3+ years’ experience working in Microsoft and Salesforce
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-level projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail
1-2 years supporting a sales or customer service organization that spans multiple locations
Experience in maintaining a professional attitude while managing multiple deadline-oriented projects
